Batter:

25g corn flour

1 heaped tablespoon baking powder

Pinch salt

One large egg

130 ml cold water

Sauce:

65g tomato ketchup

1 Tbsp gluten-free tamari

2 tbsp caster sugar

2 1 tbsp white rice vinegar

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp of corn flour (mixed into 2 Tbsp of chilled water)

100ml of pineapple juice (drain from the pineapple chunks in the tin)

How to Make:
